Do not adjust your neck

I've been whittering on about equal temperament tuning for years, explaining to people why the standard guitar can never technically be 'in tune,' (and it's not always pilot error).

About 20 years ago, I saw a complicated fretboard with individually moveable frets in an issue of Guitar Player magazine, haven't seen it since but the image stayed with me. What would it be like to play?

But now! Get a load of these True Temperament™ necks!

Freaky stuff, eh? More on tuning problems here.

I wonder do they make one for banjo?
